As the COVID-19 vaccine rollout speeds up, many organizations are beginning to think about reopening their workplaces. But in navigating the return-to-work, employers face a number of unprecedented challenges.

Vaccine hesitancy is among them. While 47% of American workers support mandatory vaccinations, 43% would consider leaving their place of employment if their employers mandated vaccines.

In addition, employers need to consider office safety. While getting employees vaccinated is a big part of the goal, there are other factors that need to be considered for reopening safely (such as cleaning, social distancing, COVID testing). With 49% of adults feeling nervous about returning to the office, following the CDC and OSHA guidelines around workplace safety is essential for creating a workplace environment that workers feel comfortable returning to.
