Vaccine hesitancy is among them. While 47% of American workers support mandatory vaccinations, 43% would consider leaving their place of employment if their employers mandated vaccines.

With 49% of adults feeling nervous about returning to the office, following the CDC and OSHA guidelines around workplace safety is essential for creating a workplace environment that workers feel comfortable returning to.
